It refers to the penalty points recorded by Germany’s Federal Motor Transport Authority (KBA)—points associated with Flensburg throughout the country. But the city on the fjord knows how to keep things cheerful, too: popping open a beer bottle with a traditional swing-top is one way to warm up alongside this North German duck. And don’t worry: at first glance, this drake may look like he’s wearing a sailor’s outfit, but like another honorary citizen of Flensburg, he knows that northern German is sexy!
